Starters

Roasted Tomato and Basil Soup (v)

Pan Fried Smoked Salmon
Served with a carrot and courgette linguine, dressed with lemon sabayon. 

Fresh Oysters
½ a dozen fresh oysters served with lemon and a shot of Guinness.

Stuffed Chicken
With sun dried tomato salsa. Served with roasted chickpeas and tarragon.

Bouquet of Asparagus
Grilled and wrapped in Parma Ham, basil leaves and anchovies.Served with a poached egg, finished with olive oil and a balsamic reduction.

Main Course

 Sirloin
Tender sirloin cooked to order, served with thick cut chips, rocket salad and peppercorn sauce. 

Fresh Tuna
Fresh tuna steak served pink, dressed with caper vinaigrette and new potatoes.

Braised Lamb Shank
Served with chorizo and chickpea stew.

Venison 
Char grilled and served pink with mash potato, red cabbage and dressed with a chocolate vinaigrette.

Pollo Rossini
Oven roasted chicken served with Pate, creamy wild mushroom sauce and seasonal vegetables.

Leek, Wild Mushroom and Spinach Lasagne (v)

Desserts

Chocolate Brownie
made with fine dark Belgian chocolate and served with Vanilla Ice-cream

Strawberry Cheesecake
Served with strawberry sorbet. An excellent choice for lovers of strawberry.

White Chocolate Panacotta.
Served with raspberry compote and made with fine Belgian chocolate.

Profiteroles
Classic choux pastry served with fresh whipped cream and topped with a rich chocolate sauce.
