courgette linguine, dressed with lemon sabayon.

½ a dozen fresh oysters
served with lemon and a shot of Guinness.

With sun dried tomato
salsa. Served with roasted chickpeas and tarragon.
Bouquet of Asparagus
Grilled and wrapped in
Parma Ham, basil leaves and anchovies.
Served with a
poached egg, finished with olive oil and a balsamic reduction.

cooked to order, served with thick cut chips, rocket salad and
